We are all about relaxing and enjoying the beach! Have you ever wanted to have a picnic right on the beach to celebrate your special day? Whether it's on the beach, bay or your backyard. Birthdays, anniversaries, bachelorette parties, proposals, wedding receptions or just celebrating life! We do all the planning, decoration, setup and cleanup so all you have to do is arrive and enjoy! Creating memories to last a lifetime!

We are so excited you asked! To inquire if a date is available. Please go to the "book now" button. Fill out the form with the details needed. We will then get back with you 24-72 hours and let you know if your date and location are available. We then will send over an invoice for a 50% non refundable booking deposit and picnic contract going over our policies. Once signed and received back we will send a confirmation that your event has been booked. **Please note we get multiple inquiries about our services, and we do not hold dates. **
Your special day is important, and we will work hard to make it memorable! All you have to do is show up to your beach picnic kick off your flip flops and enjoy! We are a fully licensed and insured picnic Company. Your luxury beach picnic includes delivery/setup/ teardown of, low 12" custom made wood table/tables, A luxury fringed market umbrella, silk floral arrangements and table decor as well as unique items custom placed around the area for your special day, place settings for each person to include placemat and or chargers, plates, cloth napkins, utensils and drinkware, rugs and/or blankets and comfy pillows for seating. A chalkboard or letterboard is included with a heartfelt message as well! Sometimes we have other picnic offerings and specials so be sure to follow our Facebook page.

As the saying goes any day at the beach is a good day, but we don't want rain on your picnic day! As with all outdoor activities we cannot predict the weather. You will have up to 48 hours before your picnic to contact us to reschedule to a date and time we have available on our calendar. If we see that there will be an issue the day of your event, we will contact you to either move your event to an indoor location if your space allows or cancel without a refund. We suggest having a backup plan in case of weather conditions as they are unpredictable here and storms move in quickly. We will not set up if there is a chance of rain.
The cost of a luxury picnic depends on location, amount of people and any additional add on's but generally they start around $340. for two plus taxes, fees within Okaloosa County. We would be glad to give you an exact estimate based on your needs. Contact us today!
Upon arrival we will greet you and make sure you have everything you need to enjoy yourself and have fun. Before leaving we will give you our phone number if you need us to come back earlier than the agreed upon time to secure the picnic equipment. We are always within 10 minutes away.
We do not provide food or beverages. You may bring your own or we can help you with recommendations and ordering from one of the many local caterers and restaurants in the area who offer delivery to your picnic event.
